Glen Nadel, MD
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Glen Nadal, MD, returned home after his medical training to join the team at Allergy & Asthma Consultants, which has locations in Atlanta, Cumming, Roswell, and Duluth, Georgia. He quickly gained recognition from his patients as being a highly dedicated and compassionate physician in addition to his industry-leading expertise. Dr. Nadel is proud to serve his hometown community of Atlanta, specializing in allergic rhinitis, asthma, hives, food allergies, bee sting and fire ant allergies, allergy testing and immunotherapy, and many other conditions.
Dr. Nadel attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, before moving on to complete medical school at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He then completed both an internship as well as a residency in Pediatrics at Charlotte Memorial Hospital, which was later renamed as Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Nadel moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where he completed a fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Children’s Mercy Hospital, followed by another fellowship in allergy/immunology, this time at the University of Kansas Medical Center, also in Kansas City. Dr. Nadel continued his training by completing a one-year research appointment at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. His area of research was on the “mechanism of action of asthma drugs.”
Dr. Nadel has been recognized throughout his career, earning the distinction of being named as a Patient’s Choice America’s Most Compassionate Doctors. In addition, he has been listed in America’s Guide to Top Physicians and IAHCP’s Leading Physicians of the World, among other recognitions. He is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Pediatrics.
When he is not working, Dr. Nadel enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching professional and collegiate sports, and volunteering his time in his local community.
